The FIRE & STEAM Heritage Trail

The FIRE & STEAM Heritage Trail benefits visitors and locals alike by signposting and sharing many of the places where people can experience and find out more about the original Bodmin & Wadebridge Company's steam railway - as living heritage, and also within local archives and museums.

Listed below are some of the key places where you can see, experience and find out more about the railway and the people who helped to create it, as well as those who were inspired to write about its steam heyday.

Our free printed map & guide can be picked up in sites across the North Cornwall area and will be available to download here soon.
